Massage your dog to stimulate its blood circulation and restore shine to its coat.
Remove dead hair from the brush after each use.
Tip: For more effectiveness in dealing with knots, use our VETOCANIS disentangling spray which combines conditioners and gloss enhancers in its formula which make disentangling easier, especially for long hair, and leave the hair silky and shiny.
Take care when using the brush near sensitive areas (ventral side, around the ears and eyes, possible wounds, etc.)
Dry hair will be easier to disentangle. Dry hair will pull less on the dog's skin.
For any animal its coat represents the best protection against external aggression.
Vétocanis brushes are there to help you care for the coat each day.
Below are the Vétocanis Tips which explain the 3 essential steps to follow to brush your companion properly
STEP 1: Disentangling the coat.
The purpose of this step is to make sure that all knots have been untangled before the brushing stage. It also helps to eliminate dead hairs from the undercoat.
STEP 2: Brushing.
With the knots untangled the coat can be brushed more easily. This step eliminates dead hair, dirt and dust, and gives shine and lustre to the coat.
STEP 3: Finishing.
This stage can involve cutting the nails, thinning out the fur, cutting hair that is too long around the ears and eyes, or even massaging your animal!
