Product benefits
The VETOCANIS Soft Brush for Cats is ideal for taking care of your animal's hair. It maintains your cat's coat quickly and on a daily basis, adds shine and smoothness, and retains the remaining dead hairs from the coat. It is used after grooming.
Suitable for all types of animal hair: short, medium-long to long, and thick.
Stainless steel, ABS, TPR
After grooming, pass the soft brush over the entire coat, to massage and soothe your pet.
Remove dead hair from the brush after each use.
Take care when using the brush near sensitive areas (ventral side, around the ears and eyes, possible wounds, etc.)
For effective brushing and without the risk of injuring your cat's skin, the brush should be suited to its type of hair, especially when using disentangling brushes and combs. A simple rule: the longer your cat's coat, the longer the teeth of the brush.
Also think about using an ergonomic brush. A good grip will be more comfortable for you, as well as for your cat.
A short daily brushing (5 to 10 minutes may be sufficient) is recommended, to avoid the formation of knots and to remove accumulated dirt.
A more extensive brushing (about 30 minutes) can be done 2 to 4 times a month.
We recommend that you get your cat used to brushing from an early age, so that it associates the action with a moment of bonding with you.
For any animal its coat represents the best protection against external aggression.
Vétocanis brushes are there to help you care for the coat each day.
Below are the Vétocanis Tips which explain the 3 essential steps to follow to brush your companion properly
STEP 1: Disentangling the coat.
The purpose of this step is to make sure that all knots have been untangled before the brushing stage. It also helps to eliminate dead hairs from the undercoat.
STEP 2: Brushing.
With the knots untangled the coat can be brushed more easily. This step eliminates dead hair, dirt and dust, and gives shine and lustre to the coat.
STEP 3: Finishing.
This stage can involve cutting the nails, thinning out the fur, cutting hair that is too long around the ears and eyes, or even massaging your animal!
